10 mins on the treadmill and 10 mins on the rowing machine and reps on the other machines.
It was good. I don't quite understand the rowing machine enough. There is a manual setting 1-10. I usually set it at 10. Today, when I sat down it was at 5 and I thought WTF and got it going. There was less resistance so I could go faster and did. According to the little meter I was burning as many calories as I did going more slowly at the 10 setting. I guess the 10 uses the muscles differently? I'm sure it does not matter for my purposes. Maybe I'll try 1 and fly down that river!
Most of the regulars were there. It was good. Also good is the lengthening of the days. If we have sun these days, it doesn't hit the gym until I'm long outta there. Nice.
