Busy Friday...

susandennisWell, not all that busy but when you rarely have one thing going on and now you have two that crawls right over that busy line.
The first thing is a quickie visit to Man Doctor where I have to fess up to stopping his latest blood pressure medication. I have a spreadsheet to back up my decision but still. He's got the degree, not me. Hope he's in a good mood and has another free option. If not, then I'll go back to paying an arm and a leg. At least it works and does not give me more hot flashes than I signed up for.
Then it's lunch with Kenny and Matt!! I haven't seen them in forever. I worked with Matt at two different startups and Kenny's cubicle was right next to mine at the last one. PLUS... we may have a surprise guest! My friend, Susan, who worked at the last start up with us, now lives down in Renton which his way too far to come for lunch. Plus she now has a day job. Back when she was unemployed she used to come up to meet us for lunch a lot. I sent her and email and told her we were meeting and that I hope it wasn't too mean to tell her but if there was any way in the world she could join us... She wrote back that there was a chance... we shall see. Plus the whole affair is at J&M's which not only has the greatest hamburgers in town BUT they also got caught in a sting last weekend serving drinks to minors. I'm afraid the city is looking to close them down. I need to get one last burger first, please.
And that's tomorrow - at least through early afternoon. Things could change... More things could happen. Ya just never know.
