For your birthday?

susandennisI have got to get you people a camera phone. Next week. As soon as I can find a Virgin Cyclops somewhere, I'm getting it for you. I just see too much that is gone by the time I dig out my camera, if I even have it with me.
Today you missed Michael Douglas 10 years ago. Yes. At the grocery store. The guy was the spitting image of Michael Douglas 10 years ago. Of course, since it was him 10 years ago, Catherine was not with him. But, I swear - spitting image!

Work is clomping along - not too much - not too little. Just the right amount. And one thing that has been stressing me out for weeks got totally fixed and better than I could have hoped for.

I ran out at lunch to get minor groceries (and see Michael Douglas) and discovered that it's cold! I had on my usual short sleeved t-shirt and a long sleeve sweater would not have hurt. Lovely. And then I realized as I sat there at the stop light thinking about how much I was enjoying the chill... that I have not had a hot flash in days! Literally days!! I had a slight feeling of warmth at 9 p.m. (my usual time) the other night but it was no where near a flash and that was two days ago.
I don't think I'm menopausal... I think I'm allergic to Summer!! I think I need to start planning to spend June, July and August in New Zealand or Australia!

I did get a little bag of corn candy to, hopefully, get me through until the after Halloween sales.
