I did it!!!!  From standing to lying on the floor and back up to standing without holding on to anything!!!!!  I could not believe it.  It was not that easy but I was able to do it 12 times.  I'm betting it will get easier.  I doubled up on my squat exercises to hurry up the process.  I think everyone should practice starting calling me Thunder Thighs. 

Again the gym was crowded.  In fact, I never even got to the weight bars I use for push ups and chin ups.  I need to get Rosie to show me an alternative for when that station is busy. 

I do remember now that Tuesdays are rough.  I don't think I have the exercises right and feel all spastic.  Thursdays, I hit my stride.  I sure did today.  Nice.

Oh and one more gym note.  There used to be a woman about my age and shape who was in the gym every morning - I called her the other old fat woman.  I worked for weeks to get friendly with her - to get to where we could exchange a 'good morning!'.  I made it and then she disappeared.  I saw her yesterday!!  I went over to the deli (in the same building) to get lunch and saw her going into the gym!!  She's just changed schedules.  She didn't see me but I know we would have exchanged 'hi!'s.
