susandennisTreadmill 30 minutes - up/down, fast/slow. It was good.
I do not understand the gym population flux. Today, there was a class but if there had not been, the place would have been nearly deserted. The only treadmill in use was mine. Where the fuck was everybody? They come, they crowd, and then they disappear? It's very confusing.
The holiday info was posted. Closed Thursday. Open Friday but only from 10-5. I'm not so happy about that 10 a.m. opening but what the heck at least they will be open.
