Week 36 - strength

susandennisWhen I got to the gym this morning - maybe 10 minutes past my usual time - there was one guy in there. He was on one of the elliptical machines. That was it. No one else. So strange.
At least I didn't have to wait for someone to finish on whatever piece of equipment I needed. Shortly after I got going, things picked up. By the time I got to the stuff I do in the classroom, there were two guys in there. If it's just me, I can keep the lights off and it's calm and cool. But these guys had the lights on and there were grunts. Then one of them started with the ball - I don't know what you call it but it's the one that boxer's use...
I got in all my bits though and it was good.
I did not have any camera with me and missed the cutest picture. Lucky - Tija's little black (think Wiz of Oz Toto) dog was in her doggie bed on Tija's desk with her head propped up on the edge looking out and right next to her head was the bright yellow ass of her stuffed duck toy. I'm glad that I now have a 86 bazillion cameras and still manage to miss great pictures.
