Week 36 - cardio
Nov. 16th, 2007 08:41 amI did a good solid 30 minutes on the treadmill. I got my elevation up to 4 and my speed up to 4 (not at the same time) for spurts. It was good.
It wasn't too crowded and not too deserted. Just right. Rosie was there working with a guy she does on Fridays. She said she had some new stuff for me tomorrow. I do love that she does such good preparation.
I am stinky stinky. Shower time.
