susandennisI made a treadmill movie. I didn't narrate but if I had, I would have said... 'see my condo building?' there on the far right?
And... see that room behind the glass. there? That's where I do most of my strength training. The rest is done in the weight area that is behind me. I'll grab that next time. Oh and there's my neighbor on the rowing machine - she's the one who works out for something like 2 hours a day!
