Week 37 - strength
Nov. 21st, 2007 08:57 amMy regular schedule is good. This faux schedule due to holidays is not. It wasn't that there were so many people there but the people who were there were where I wanted to be using the stuff I wanted to use and it was not fun. I do my exercise stuff on Tuesdays and Thursdays early when it's quiet and the only people there are on the steps or treadmill machines.
This morning was just messy. I got in everything but one tricep thing that I need the pulley machine for. I waited for this one woman to get off of it - waited forever and the minute she did, two guys grabbed it. I finally said fuck it. My triceps will just have to suck it up.
Not fun. Plus the book I was listening to finally got to the point where I could not stand it any more. Just not a good morning so far. But, it will get better. I know.
I absolutely know it will get cleaner.
