Week 38 - cardio
Nov. 26th, 2007 08:38 amYeah Mondays are my day off but I didn't feel like it today. I could hear the treadmill calling so I answered the call. 30 minutes - different speeds, different elevations. The woman next to me was the one who does the two hour gym sessions and starts off with 30 minutes on the treadmill. She trots at 4 and 5 and does 9 to 12 in elevation. I'm quite proud to say that this does not intimidate me at all. I stick to my 2.8-3.3 and 0-4 elevation and I'm quite happy about it...
The gym was medium busy today. Lots to watch but enough equipment available for everyone. Just a nice Monday at the gym. I love my gym. (Who in the hell would have ever thought they would read those words in this journal??!!)
Time to de-stink.
