susandennisAs I type this entry, they are sawing limbs off The Tree That I Hate. Sadly, they are at least two floors away from the actual Limbs That I Hate. At least the cars in the street level part of the garage will have a lovely view next Summer.

You know that old sawhorse that in the South you can insult anyone to their face as long as you follow it right up with Bless Your Heart? Well, I have the kitty equivalent.
Travis can scratch the bejebus out of me or knock anything off of anywhere as long as he stops, sits in front of me and cocks his head to one side. Is there anything more adorable that a kitty with his or her head tilted? You can practically see the thought bubble over his head that says 'now how can you be mad at something as precious as I am????'

Work is steady. I somehow got the notion that this week would be slow. That notion was pretty whacked. It's not headsdownohmygodwhenwillIgettimetopee but I could use an hour or so just to fuck around doing stuff like taking trash down to the dumpster and/or loading the dishwasher and running it. Thank god for Roomba - at least some chores got done today. But I do need to empty it so it can do the other half of the house.
