I found my new chaise. It's exactly what I wanted but would never have known how to find it. And it's award winning! Cameleon Slideshow by Nomand Couture. I'm definitely going to get it but there are many decisions between now 'Order Up!'. I have swatches. Many swatches and I need to decide arm or no arm.
This is a good picture of the set.

It's actually three chairs. The sofa is two of them. The back and arm are enter changeable. It's very clever. And the table easily converts to an ottoman. Oh and the side table can be made to extend. Not getting it? No worries. I took pictures:

Ok, so see the ottoman? Off to the side? Made of those two cushions? One of those cushions can also be used in place of the wood of the side table, too, like this next shot.

So I need to decide Arm or no Arm. I could order it with arm and just use it without which I might just do. Both the back and the arms can easily be removed. If I do that and move the ottoman right up next to it, I have either 64" of flat surface or if I turn the chair the other way, I have 94"! One thing I wanted was a place to sleep in the living room or at least lie down flat.
Fabric. Whew. The red on this chair is nicely nubby but too orange. The same nubby fabric comes in a nice deep cherry red which is where I think I'm going for the chair. And the extra seat piece that I'm going to order (to use in place of the side table). But I think the ottoman needs possibly a print. I love the one that is on the right in the picture above. But that might not be a wise choice. Oh and I have to pick out fabric for a pillow to - comes with.
I did call Sherry and Lee and they are coming over tonight or tomorrow to help on the fabric choice.
See that nice little table in the picture? The brown one? It's cute but very small (the Eeee fit on it nicely - my work laptop? nfw). And it's $300. It's an Ekornes Ellipse Table. It kind of looked like $50 table to me.
So that's the excitement of my day. I told the nice sales lady - and she was VERY nice and fun. That I'd bring her swatches back on Monday with all my decisions.
