Gym update - cardio

susandennis30 minutes on the treadmill. It was a good, comfortable 30 minutes.
Again, the joint was fully staffed. There were some obvious January newbies today. Rosie was there and she said that the newbie influx had been the usual after Christmas rush. I was a little late so that even with the extras it still wasn't too crowded. Nice.
Tomorrow it's back for a new Rosie session!
