susandennis30 good treadmill minutes. Kind of lots of people at the gym this morning - working off the excess chips they plan to inhale this afternoon?
And there is big news.. His Boyfriend is back!! The cute couple who are always the first ones in on Sunday are back together again. One of them had left for another gym I guess a couple of months ago but now he's back. All is well again. Nice.
And I am going into the shower and then off to the Skylark for brunch.
