susandennis Oh it was good. She is good. She asked me how I liked the last program. This is the first time I have really not liked one of her programs and the first time she asked! I explained what the problems were and she listened very carefully. Plus she had a whole new program today. And it's a good one.
Lots of stuff that is hard work but easy to understand how to do correctly. And all of it, nearly, doable in the classroom which means I don't have to worry about availability of machines. Perfect.
The Saturday regulars were all there plus some spares. It was just an excellent gym day!
Now a shower and then probably an outing - Travis and Betty need cat food.
