Gym Report - Strength
Mar. 4th, 2008 08:33 amOh yeah, this program is excellent. When I'm done with one of my cardio days, I want to feel sweaty and used. When I'm done with one of my strength days, I want to feel a little less sweaty but stretched out and energized. And that's exactly how I feel now. Good!
No real gym news. Usual crowd and nobody weird. Nathan was there and everything seemed under control.
Now I've got to take a fast shower and get to work. I totally forgot about a 2 hour online training session this morning and I need to squeeze in a morning's worth of work before hand!
