That soreness that went away this morning at the gym has now come back as real owie pain! from just below my waste down to my thigh - not a bruise kind of pain but more like a pulled something kind of pain but I didn't pull anything and it's not triggered by movement although keeping still does help a little. I did find the ibuprophen but the pain does not appear to be impressed by it. 20 minutes later and there's no let up. Ouch.
