Gym Report - strength
Mar. 8th, 2008 09:39 amOh I love this program. It just really stretches me and makes me feel like I've done good. There are two bits that I cannot quite get but am getting better at. And there is a step one that I did so easily today that I added another set of risers and did it again at double height! Ahhhhh
On the downside, it appears that I dribbled toothpaste on both my top and my shorts. Love working in front of the mirror in the classroom with obvious evidence that I have no control over my mouth. Doh! Into the wash go these togs.
All else is good. The gym was kind of busy for a Saturday.
