Not much of an entry...

I'm pooped. I had a heads down day at work. I got there early, dug in and didn't stop until it was time to go home. I like having so much to do, and there will be downtimes when I get over trying to prove that I can do it all right this minute.

The job is a really good one and I am quite lucky to have snagged it.

Poor Mom sent me a note about lunch time that her Internet Explorer was broken. This was actually, a major breakthrough. It's the first time that she's actually differentiated between applications. Always before it's been 'my computer is broken' and I got to figure out what exactly she was talking about.

I haven't installed VNC at work so I told her to hang on until I got home. I got home and bless her heart, she had rolled up IE until it was just the top bar and nothing else. And she had about 54 instances of it open. She had tried so hard to get it. It took me a while just to get them all shut down since some were waiting for responses. But she's now all fixed and very grateful.

Now it's dinner time. Then knitting and TV. I am tired of thinking.
