Gym Report - cardio
Mar. 21st, 2008 09:28 am30 minutes on the treadmill... some elevation variation and some sprints. Whew. PLUS... 2 minutes of backwards at 1.2 with no hands.

Rosie was in there working with this really old man who was not overweight but clearly not used to moving. It was interesting to watch. They were in the classroom so I could not hear, only see. But, I could tell exactly when she told him 'shoulders even' and 'soft knees' and 'relax your shoulders' and 'chest open' - all the stuff she tells me a hundred times. She should put it on an mp3!
Travis came back to watch my shower yesterday and now he's ready for a new one. I guess one dunking is survivable.
