So... back in January when I was in Texas, my brother and I saw one of these nice looking laptop tables and I decided to get one for my new furniture. (I got one in graphite (dark dark gray) instead of the cherry in this photo.)
It came today. It's nice and adjustable and I can roll it away and roll it over to the desk chair if I like. It does what I wanted it to do but now I don't love the look. It's got way bigger clutter factor than I had imagined.
The problem is that while waiting for it to come in...

I drafted this side table that I already had into service and I'm not sure but what I like it better. It is way smaller and you kind of see though it. It kind of just disappears even with the laptop on it. It's a perfect height. BUT it does not roll. (I put sliders on it so it not glued to the carpet but it does not move easily.) And it does not adjust and it does not tilt forward for ergonomic typing.
But, I do like the look of it better, I think.
I guess I'll try this new one out for a while and see if it gets any better. I hate that I spent this money on it and now don't like it. I may even see if I can send it back. Maybe that's what I should do.
