Gym Report - strength
Mar. 27th, 2008 08:45 amWhatever I did last time to tweak the back shoulder muscles, I did again today but not as badly! Wonder what in the heck it was?
Rosie was there today and passed through the classroom while I was doing my stuff and asked how this program was going and I told her fine but that I did have a question about The Plank. I was suspicious about whether or not I was doing it right because I was doing it for 10/15 seconds and from both my forearms and my hands. Turns out I am doing it correctly! And she was really impressed. Now I need to practice getting there from flat on the floor. I can do that but not easily.
My next session with her is this Saturday. Nice.
