Misadventures in eating

susandennisSeveral weeks ago, in a high end grocery store, I picked up a package of locally made frozen sushi. The package was pretty and the idea was a great one. I put them in my freezer and waited for a good time.
Last night, I pulled 6 out of the bad and put them into an airtight container and into the fridge to thaw for lunch today.
This is my report.
I am at a loss for words. I do not know how to describe just how very horrible these things are. The flavor is kind of nothing but it's hard to tell because first you have to get past the texture. I've never eaten little Styrofoam balls before but if they could get hard and stale, that's exactly what this crap tasted like!
It would have to improve one hundred times over to even rise to the level of bad sushi. It is so bad, that I am seriously thinking of taking it back to the store for a refund.
For the record, it was Banzai Sushi - the Seattle Roll.
I am now enjoying a very wonderful ham and swiss on rye.
