Gym Report - cardio
Apr. 2nd, 2008 09:09 amGood treadmill day... 30 minutes with two big sprints - running (for only one minute but still...)! and two minutes of hands free backwards walking for cool down. For some reason this last trick just tickles me to no end.
Nothing new at the gym - it was moderately busy with the usuals. Nice.
