Gym Report - strength
Apr. 3rd, 2008 08:52 amI did good. There is a lot of cardio in this program and I figured out that I was skimping on some of the sets because I ran out of steam. So I rearranged them so that the ones that needed more energy were spaced out among the ones that just needed brute force. One is the leg press where I get to sit with my back supported and just push out this thing with my legs positioned at a V. I now do that one when I am totally winded from the others. It's a nice break!
And speaking of break... There was a guy punching the punching ball while I was doing my stuff and he punched it right off it's hook and broke it! Wonder if there's a way I can break that mat I use for The Plank? Nah, guess not... plus there are lots of spares.
