Gym Report - strength
Apr. 8th, 2008 08:34 amYou know you've had a good session when you are done and all sweaty and too tired to get that damn half ball blue soup back up on its rack! The place was a little crowded today but nobody really got in my way. The Smith thing where I was supposed to do push ups was busy but I found an as good or better substitute.
And I'm stopping every morning on my way out the gym door to be grateful for the cool. I know these days are numbered so I am trying to love every one.
And now I need to love a shower as soon as I get enough energy to get up again...
