Gym Report - cardio

susandennisI did a good 30 minutes today with one sprint. The TV in front of me was tuned to CNN and they had 'live' coverage of the fire evacuation of an assisted living center outside of Detroit. I watched firemen carry old ladies down ladders for about 20 minutes before I realized I was watching firemen carry the SAME one old lady down the ladder... over and over and over and over again. I hope she gets frequent firemen miles.
My day is not one I'm looking forward to so I particularly enjoyed the sameness and safety and peace of the gym today. Oh and one of the women who's there often told me today she is one step away from being named a Hilary delegate for the August convention. I did not know she was working on it but I thought it was cute that she told me. She finds out in May.
