Gym Report - exercise

I am stretched and sweaty and I even skipped one of the routines.  It isn't a difficult one, it's just one I don't like.  All the rest were going so well, I decided I would give myself a gift of skipping and I did.  Today was the last day for this program as Rosie will give me a new one on Saturday.  I'm ready for new.

The gym was kind of crowded today - lots of people in the areas I needed.  Do Si Do with people lifting heavy things.  Fun Times.

Now I am home and ready for my day...
