Gym Report - cardio

Good day on the treadmill.  Right in the middle of my 30 minutes, I cranked it up to a run.  Running on a treadmill is way different than running down the street.  And, of course, running anywhere is totally out of my realm of what.ever.  But, run on the treadmill, I did for nearly a minute.  It was not that much fun, I gotta tell ya.  Then Rosie comes over - while I'm still panting from the run - and starts gnawing on me about my style - I need to not lean in and use my core.  Core this, you...  ok, sure, I'll be sure and use exactly correct form next time.  My core will understand...

But, I lived.  I walked to the end of the 30 minutes and did my 2 minutes backwards.  All is good.

I will pay her to beat up on me tomorrow.  Today I got for free so I should not complain.
