Gym Report - Strength
Apr. 22nd, 2008 08:24 amThis program is interesting. Some bits are very good. Good to me = I can do them and the challenge is doing them better and longer. But some are a challenge to even do at all. The first Tuesdays are always the roughest and today was no exception. It will get better. I am proud of my blue soup squats, though.
When I got home the phone was ringing about my latest order of teddy bear stuffing - they discontinued the size of bag I like. Oh well, picked another.
Then I had a bit of work that needed doing - an email to send off. And now... finally... I'm off to the shower!
