For the past few weeks from about 5 p.m. until I go get in bed to read before sleep (10), I have been eating non-stop. Anything and everything. And also way more snacking in the afternoons as well.

Last night when I got up to go to bed I felt like I had eaten a dozen basketballs. At this rate, I'm going to be a Dr. Oz special any minute. I'm not particularly hungry. I just start thinking.... mmmm an apple would be good or Oh! I've got cheese! or raisin bran and milk... or time for a - heck, fill in the blank, nearly anything will fit.

I need to stop doing this.

In the olden days - like before last March, I would drink Diet Dr. Pepper for a snack. And with meals and just about every other time. I gave that up for iced tea. I gave that up for iced water. Neither iced tea or iced water give me enough of a snack feel. They are a go-with-a-snack drinks, not a stand alone snack. I'm wondering if maybe going back to Diet Dr. Pepper wouldn't be a smart move.

On the other hand, at least all this getting off my ass to get something to eat is exercise?
