Gym Report - exercise

I've got a full day of work ahead so I got there when the doors opened and so did a whole bunch of everyone else!  Geesh, people, get a life!  Go outside and play!   But, no.  One of the trainers had this client in the classroom while I was in there and she was going on and on and on and on about how she only buys organic food from Whole Foods and she insists her kids eat nothing but vegetables and she is going to cut out red meat and on and on and on and on.  Clearly she was not working out hard enough or she would have had to shut up and concentrate!

But I got my fried foods ass work done and got out of there myself.  Now I am into the shower and then to work.
