Gym Report - cardio

susandennisAnother day when walking 30 minutes on the treadmill was no chore at all. I spent half of it in various stages of elevation.
I got to the gym front door at the same time as another regular and at 9 am. He said 'we're the first ones, eh' and I told him probably not. Sure enough there was a guy working in the weight area and one on the treadmill and one coming out of the locker room. I'm thinking the 9 a.m. start time is not so strict in this new place. Which, now that I think about it, isn't new any more. We've been in the new space for a year next month. Wow.
By the time I finished up there was a fairly hefty sized crowd. Still nice and cool out but no rain now - probably some later.
I'm off to get 'rained' on in the shower.
