I went in even earlier this morning and had a clear shot at everything I needed.  The early morning regulars were pretty much all at work.  It was good.  Saturday is my Rosie day so I'll get a whole new set of torture.

On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays I do the exercise routine that Rosie gives me (about 30 minutes worth).  I do a session with her every other Saturday.
Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays I do 30 minutes on the treadmill. 

I've been doing this routine for about 9 months.  I've been exercising for about 16 months.

My aim is not to lose weight.  My aim is not to run a marathon.  My aim is to be able to do every day things like shopping and hanging pictures and walking to the International District up a little hill for dinner.  17 months ago it was a struggle to do those things.  Now it is a breeze and fun.   I feel good.  I sleep good.  I am good.
