Gym Report - cardio

The very early crowd is now feeling like my own!  I hope they won't mind we I leave them.  My 30 treatmill minutes were good and fairly easy ones today.  I did a nice incline for 20 of the minutes.  It was a little easier because I was watching this class going on in the classroom.  The name of the class must be Sweat to Death cause they were doing some hard core stuff.  The comparison to my lowly treadmill expectations was comforting.

Shower time and then it's work time.
