gym report - cardio instead

susandennisMore work came in last night and this morning and I wanted to get started with my day. It's an exercise day but there's no room for exercise in the gym until after 7:30 on Tuesdays. I didn't want to wait so I decided to give the treadmill an extra thrill.
The yoga class was in full swing and the other exercise area was jammed so my decision was a good one.
Way back last Summer, there used to be a regular that I called The Other Old Fat Woman. She was so sad looking all the time and only after months of trying every day did I finally worm a smile and a 'good morning' out of her. Then she disappeared. I've seen her once or twice on the street and in the gym but not in a long while. She came in this morning. And I got a nice big smile and a hello. She looked good. Not nearly so sad and beaten down. It was good to see her.
Now I need to get crackin'!
