Gym Report - exercise

susandennisI do not like this program. So as incentive for getting to the end, I skipped the one exercise I hated the most. I am the boss of me.
I was there when the doors opened this morning and arrived with my neighbor from upstairs. The only other person there was another neighbor. It was old home week. There's a Race for the Cure going on outside so the street was blocked off and the joint was overrun by women in pink.
I'm home now and headed for the shower. Work awaits.
