Jul. 1st, 2008 10:17 amSo someone - no names will be mentioned - forgot to put the drain plug back into the drain plug hole on the air conditioner. When you put it away for the winter, you are supposed to drain any accummulated water out and leave the plug unplugged. When you put it back into operation you are supposed to plug it back up.
If you don't, then the carpet where the thing has now been running solid for 5 days gets soaked.
Ugh. Crap. I'm going to make a sign that says "one time problem. now fixed. mold, please do not come or stay."
Think that will do the trick?
At least it is not humid out today - maybe it will dry up safely and I'll get lucky.
