Gym Report - cardio

susandennisIt was hot in the gym and I did not get the fan set right so my 30 minutes were hot but they were still good! Gradually inclined up to 4 and hung in.
The gym will be closed on Friday. And I think it will be too hot to walk outside. I may try an early morning walk under the viaduct (shade). Or I may just blow it off. Slacker slacker slacker.
Now I need to get into the shower and then to work.
