Gym Report - treadmill

I got a late start this morning which was probably a bad decision on my part.  I had a little bit of work when I left for the gym and while I was gone it multiplied so now I need to get my sweaty ass into the shower and then to work!

I did manage 30 good minutes with lots of climb plus cool down which in this heat is not cool...  But my shower will be.
