Gym Report - Cardio

susandennisWhew. It is hot. I got to the gym at 9 and by 9:05 we had a crowd of 3 and a locked door. Then we spied Nathan on his way to open up. The other two were women from this building who I've never seen at the gym and the regular Sunday people were all missing. Weird. I did 30 good minutes with lots of incline but it was so hot. God I hate summer.
Yesterday Nathan mentioned that he had just gotten a call from home that the IRS had sent him a letter and he was nervous. Today he asked me to read it and see if I could explain what it meant. He's waiting for his $600 that was supposed to get to him Friday. The letter sounds like the IRS is just telling him that because he paid in two installments, his $600 is delayed It does not sound like he won't get it or even that they want more $ first. At least I hope so. There's a number he can call tomorrow and he said he would.
Now I have the A/C cranked up to the max and I do not plan on moving much for the rest of the day. I can really feel that Rosie pounded on me yesterday. My back shoulders (lats?) and top of hips (ass?) are whining.
Maybe they just need a shower...
