Gym Report - cardio

Yes, Tuesday is an exercise day and it is Tuesday but...  There is a class in the only place for me to do my exercises  and that class does not end until 7:30 at the earliest (today I was done by 7:35 and they were still in there) and I wanted to get in and out and back to fixing up my work machine.

I need to rethink the exercise/cardio routine thing with Nadia.  And I will but for now, as long as I put in 30 minutes over there 6 days a week, I'm not going to be too precious about how those 30 minutes are spent.
