Gym Report - exercise
Jul. 19th, 2008 09:58 amI am a wonderful trainer!! The program I made is very excellent. I studied all of Rosie's past programs and isolated the core, legs, arms, balance bits and then picked the best of the best for each. Nice. And I picked more than I wanted on purpose because, like today, there was a guy I don't like in the weight area so rather than have to deal with him, I skipped the barbell bit. I already had a hand weights bit in so it was fine.
