Gym Report - cardio
Jul. 20th, 2008 10:01 amWhew. Today I got on the treadmill and hit Rolling which is one of the options. I've never used any of the options before but I probably will try them all now. Rolling was excellent - up and down different variables stretched across my 30 minutes. It was very cool.
There weren't many people at the gym - the gym queen and one non-regular. Dave who used to be there every single Sunday morning has not been there in several weeks. I asked Nathan if he had the skinny and he said he knew nothing.
On the way out, I dropped my trash off in the dumpsters and ran into new neighbor friend Doug. Coming home, I met Doug at the elevators. He had run down by the waterfront to the cruise ship dock and back. (There are two elevators up to Pike Place Market and when I walk up there, I generally tke the waterfront which is flat and then ride up the first or second one. The second one, down further, is where the cruise ship dock is.) Interesting that our timing was the same.
The sun is already out and bright. I'm thinking that I am not going to venture out again today I'm going to stay here - calm and still and cool. After my shower.
