Turns out the woman who cooks chicken and then goes for a run, was on the treadmill in the gym talking on her cellphone one day.  Tija flags at her and points to the No Cellphones Under Any Circumstances sign and the woman just blows her off.  Twice.  She is no longer allowed in the gym.

Except for the other night when she was in the hallway getting her door knob replaced, I'd never actually seen her without her cellphone in her ear.
