Gym Report - cardio

30 minutes on the treadmill - random elevation program.  Fun.  Hot.  Not quite so much inside as out but still hot.   Looks like it is going to be Tuesday before things get reasonable again.  3 more weeks and then it's back to susandennis weather until next July, hopefully.  I love Seattle.  But right now - until Tuesday - not that much.  And now everyone who's been crabbing about not having hot weather is bitching about how hot it is... hmmmm

Have I mentioned how grateful I am for my air conditioner? 

I think I'm going to take a cool cool shower.
