Gym Report - cardio
Aug. 22nd, 2008 09:10 am30 minutes with the Interval program (flat for about 2.5 mins, spike to 3 for 2.5 mins, flat for 2.5, etc.). And today was easy. The same thing that was so hard on Wednesday. It's a mystery.
But my sweat is tickling me and I need to get rid of it plus I have work work that is calling. Off to the shower.
