Gym Report - exercise
Sep. 9th, 2008 08:48 amSo it was the flys. Lie back on the bench with weights in each hand and then pretend there is a barrel on your chest and you are hugging it. Release down to shoulder level and hug. Release and hug. OUCH! Or maybe the tricep curls on the bosu. Acutually most all of it hurt this morning but I was able to do most everything better than on Sunday.
She had me do planks with forearms on bosu. On Sunday, I could not hold for a count of 5. Today, I did one for 15 and one for 20.
I could have done more of everything and the timing was perfect. No work screaming for me. Gym nearly empty. But, in fear of losing precious slacker points, I did not. Her notes tell me to do three reps of 20. I gave her 2 reps of 15. On most things. Ouch. At least my tennis elbow isn't screaming.
Now I'm going to the shower...
