Sep. 13th, 2008 10:00 amRosie was all about style. She was a stickler for soft knees, chest out, shoulders back, toes straight. Do it right 5 times rather than some right 15 times. Plan for 15 reps but do them correctly, and when you can't do any more do two more and call it done.
Nadia is not so big on style at all. She's all about do it 20 times. Now 20 more. Now 20 more.
I'm having a hard time getting used to the Nadia way. And I don't think I'm making much progress. Maybe some. But I'm struggling. I did fair today. Not great.
It was beautiful and cool when I headed out. But now the sun is out and frying up all the cool. Oh well, this time next week, it will all be better.
