Gym Report - exercise
Sep. 16th, 2008 08:45 amI did 20 reps of everything and realized that I need to talk to Nadia about a change. The point of my exercise routine is to give me interesting variety so that I will continue to go to the gym 6 days a week with enthusiasm and interest. Doing 3 sets of 20 for each of 7 exercises is drudgery and working against the cause. I need more different exercises with fewer repeats and with work-towards. 'do this 10 times, work towards 15' or 'work towards going higher each time'.
In fact, I think I'll just send her an email asking her to keep this in mind for our next Session which is on Saturday.
I feel better already. Sweaty but better. Shower time
